Can we meet in person in Vancouver or Portland?
Yes, and I genuinely enjoy it. If you are based in Vancouver, WA, Portland, OR, or anywhere in the greater metro area including Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, or Gresham, I am happy to meet. Just mention your city when you reach out and we will find a spot that works.
What if I am not sure my budget is realistic?
Tell me what you are thinking and I will give you a straight answer. I do not publish pricing publicly because every engagement is different, but I can tell you quickly whether your budget is in the right range and what is realistic within it. I also offer Root and Reach Express for businesses that want to start smaller before committing to a full monthly engagement.
Do you work with businesses outside the Pacific Northwest?
Yes. I work with clients across the United States. Most of the work is delivered remotely and geography has never been a barrier. The in-person option is a bonus for Pacific Northwest clients, not a requirement for anyone else.
What happens if we decide we are not a good fit?
Nothing bad. I will say so clearly and try to point you toward what might work better for your situation. I have turned down work before because I did not think I was the right fit or the timing was off for the business. An honest five-minute conversation is better than the alternative.
